We’re looking for a Paid Media Strategist who is ready to step up, take ownership, and grow into a leadership role within our agency.

About the Role

- You’ll work closely with our Marketing Strategist to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across all clients. Take ownership of the paid media function and play a key role in driving client results.

What You’ll Do

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

- Support and contribute to a full-funnel strategy aligned with client goals

- Identify opportunities to improve and scale performance

Budget Management & Optimization

- Manage and optimize client ad budgets across platforms

- Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates

- Continuously test and improve campaign performance

Tracking & Attribution

- Set up and maintain conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, pixels, etc.)

- Ensure accurate data and attribution across platforms

- Troubleshoot tracking issues as they arise

Client Communication

- Participate in and help lead client calls

- Present performance insights and recommendations

- Build confidence and trust through clear communication


Operational Execution & Accountability

Manage tasks and deadlines within our project management systemMaintain clear, consistent documentation of campaign updates, optimizations, and issues

- Document, follow and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and scalability

- Reporting & Insights

- Create and deliver performance reports

- Translate data into actionable insights

- Proactively suggest improvements and new ideas

Landing Page & Funnel Optimization
- Provide strategic feedback to improve landing page conversion rates
- Identify gaps between ad messaging and on-page experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen overall funnel performance


Operational Execution & Accountability

- Maintain clear, consistent documentation of campaign updates, optimizations, and issues
- Document, follow and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and scalability

What We’re Looking For

- Google Ads Certified (required)

- 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience

- Experience managing meaningful monthly ad budgets (multi-thousand+)

- Strong working knowledge of:Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing AdsConversion tracking and attributionCampaign optimization and scaling

You are:

- Proactive and take initiative without being told

- Comfortable balancing strategy and execution

- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable

- Confident communicating with clients

Bonus Points

- Agency experience managing multiple clients

- Experience in lead generation (especially high-ticket or franchise)

- CRO / landing page optimization experience

- Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation
